Following years of recruiting in London, I moved to San Francisco in 2015. I quickly noticed a shift in the technology landscape and a gap in the market. That gap was the Cloud domain, specifically; DevOps, SRE, Platform Engineering and DevSecOps.

I founded Harrison Clarke in January 2017 with the vision to build the only Cloud recruiting firm across the United States. We did exactly that and found an opportunity to expand into a second domain of expertise: Data & AI in 2021. In January 2022, we launched our corporate venture capital arm of the business, Harrison Clarke Ventures.

Our promise to the market is to provide excellent customer service, excellent quality and attention to detail, and, finally, unconditional care and attention to each one of our clients, candidates, and everyone that works at Harrison Clarke, today and for years to come.

With a background in Life Sciences and Research I have always strived to be at the forefront of science and technology. Combining this with my 6 years of recruitment experience both in a large corporate setting and a small startup, I joined Harrison Clarke to push my learning and development to the next level as well as share my skillset and knowledge with the company to elevate us to new heights.

Now with Harrison Clarke, my mission statement is to extend the already outstanding industry reputation of the business into a contract offering within our core domains of focus. With our current team, our technological infrastructure, a deep understanding of our market and the unparalleled network Harrison Clarke boasts, I am very excited to make this a reality.

A Product Design background within the defence, medical, and electronics industries brought me into the world of cutting-edge technologies, working with customers and stakeholders to meet detailed requirements.

After growing an associated skillset in communication, research and negotiation I was inspired to bring my expertise to Harrison Clarke where I could create meaningful positive impact on Silicon Valley clients and candidates while meeting the demands of pioneering tech companies at the tip of the spear.

At Harrison Clarke I now facilitate the top cloud, data and AI talent in securing positions at the very forefront of their fields.

With a background in Psychology and a strong passion for people, I was naturally drawn to the Recruitment industry. Over the past seven years, I’ve developed a comprehensive understanding of the field from multiple angles. I began my career in a corporate recruitment environment, where I built a solid foundation, before transitioning to a PE-backed recruitment startup. Joining during its early growth phase, I played a pivotal role in scaling the business and driving its success.

Today, I'm part of Harrison Clarke, where we’re on a distinctive mission to unite the worlds of Search and Venture —redefining how companies are built and scaled. My vision here is to grow our team at all levels and continue delivering exceptional client outcomes through our innovative approach.

Since launching my career in tech recruitment in 2022, I’ve been passionate about empowering startups and scale-ups to build high-caliber engineering teams that drive groundbreaking innovation in healthcare technology. My focus has been on fostering talent that creates disruptive, impactful products that transform lives.

A transformative six-month global journey and a meaningful stint in the charity sector broadened my perspective, reinforcing my dedication to purpose-driven work. Now, I’m back to my core passion: assembling exceptional engineering teams that pioneer change through cutting-edge technology.
