Following years of recruiting in London, I moved to San Francisco in 2015. I quickly noticed a shift in the technology landscape and a gap in the market. That gap was the Cloud domain, specifically; DevOps, SRE, Platform Engineering and DevSecOps.
I founded Harrison Clarke in January 2017 with the vision to build the only Cloud recruiting firm across the United States. We did exactly that and found an opportunity to expand into a second domain of expertise: Data & AI in 2021. In January 2022, we launched our corporate venture capital arm of the business, Harrison Clarke Ventures.

With a background in Psychology and a strong passion for people, I was naturally drawn to the Recruitment industry. Over the past seven years, I’ve developed a comprehensive understanding of the field from multiple angles. I began my career in a corporate recruitment environment, where I built a solid foundation, before transitioning to a PE-backed recruitment startup. Joining during its early growth phase, I played a pivotal role in scaling the business and driving its success.
Today, I'm part of Harrison Clarke, where we’re on a distinctive mission to unite the worlds of Search and Venture —redefining how companies are built and scaled. My vision here is to grow our team at all levels and continue delivering exceptional client outcomes through our innovative approach.
Having been with Harrison Clarke since its inception, I have played an integral role in the firm’s growth from an early-stage startup to a business with offices in London, New York, San Francisco, and Los Angeles. During this time, I have seen the company evolve from a recruitment-focused organization into a search and venture firm.
Throughout my career at Harrison Clarke, I have worked across multiple facets of the business, from supporting brand development and messaging to onboarding our earliest clients. I have also partnered closely with our research function, contributing to the mapping, identification, and sourcing of exceptional engineering talent.
In my current role, I support the commercial team in delivering a high-quality service to our client portfolio, while also collaborating with our marketing partners to promote Inside the Silicon Mind, our podcast dedicated to leading conversations with CEOs, founders, and investors.
Since launching my career in tech recruitment in 2022, I’ve been passionate about empowering startups and scale-ups to build high-caliber engineering teams that drive groundbreaking innovation in healthcare technology. My focus has been on fostering talent that creates disruptive, impactful products that transform lives.
A transformative six-month global journey and a meaningful stint in the charity sector broadened my perspective, reinforcing my dedication to purpose-driven work. Now, I’m back to my core passion: assembling exceptional engineering teams that pioneer change through cutting-edge technology. After beginning my career in tech recruitment, I have been driven by a passion for partnering with innovative startups and scale-ups to build exceptional engineering and data teams from the ground up. In previous roles, I have had the privilege of supporting leading U.S. HealthTech companies developing groundbreaking healthcare technologies, ensuring they attract and retain the talent required to deliver truly transformative products. I am now broadening my scope to collaborate with organisations across the wider technology industry.

With over four years of experience in Machine Learning recruitment, both at an early-stage startup and in-house at an innovative ClimateTech company, I bring a strong foundation in identifying and engaging top-tier technical talent.
Now at Harrison Clarke, my focus has expanded to cover the broader technology landscape. My ongoing mission is to connect visionary companies building transformative technologies with the exceptional talent that drives them forward.
Partnering exclusively with start ups and scale ups since 2023 has given me exposure across a range of remits, including Software Engineering, Data Science and AI, as well as building commercial and forward-deployed engineering teams.
After seeing the setup first-hand, both the training and the calibre of VC-backed clients and candidates Harrison Clarke works with, there was little hesitation in joining the team and helping founders access typically hard-to-reach talent in the Data and AI space.
I’m passionate about the recruitment industry and have been building my experience since 2021, starting in agency recruitment and moving into in-house Talent Acquisition in 2023.
With global experience across the EU and USA, I’m now a Talent Partner at Harrison Clarke, working closely with our company leaders to attract and grow exceptional recruitment talent. I focus on hiring people who not only have the skills to succeed, but who also align with our culture, values, and long-term growth plans.
As an Internal Recruiter specialising in the attraction and hiring of high-performing talent across many different industries, for over 8 years, I have supported the company’s growth, by partnering closely with hiring managers and leadership teams to build teams that are both technically strong and culturally aligned. I am passionate about creating a positive and transparent candidate experience from first conversation through to onboarding. Rather than focusing solely on filling roles.
Outside of day-to-day hiring, I’m committed to continuously improving recruitment processes, embracing new tools and ways of working that enable the business to scale efficiently while maintaining a high bar for talent.
