The first interview is typically a 45-minute conversation with the hiring manager. The second interview is usually a 60-minute technical screen with team members. The final interview is normally a four-five hour interview covering technical and culture screens.

We’re niche-specific, specializing in DevOps and Site Reliability Engineers (SREs), and have in-depth knowledge of the industry. We’re also not “spammers” with mass emails going out to candidates.
