What makes Harrison Clarke different from other recruitment firms?

It’s a combination of things. First, we have earned an excellent reputation in the industry by being ethical, transparent, and inclusive. We’re niche-specific, specializing in DevOps and Site Reliability Engineers (SREs), and have in-depth knowledge of the industry. We’re also not “spammers” with mass emails going out to candidates. Quality and an eye for detail is essential to everything we do.

Why should I partner with Harrison Clarke?

We have a unique method of providing services to employers that involves, on average, nine months of engagement with a candidate before placement. We know whom to target and what skills are necessary. We bring highly sought-after candidates to the hiring table.

Whom will I be working with at Harrison Clarke?

You’ll have one point of contact dedicated to your recruiting needs. Our entire team will present candidates to you. You get full access to our entire organization.

How many open positions can Harrison Clarke handle?

It’s a candidate-driven market, and we recruit for only one discipline, so there’s really no cap on this. Because of our business model, we work smart without limitations and are always building our database of skilled SREs.

Who will see our open positions and company information?

No one will; this is confidential. Only when we find the ideal candidate do we provide information, and that would all be public information, nothing sensitive.

How long does it typically take to fill an open role?

It varies, but it currently takes us, on average, 21 days to fill an open position.

What are your payment terms?

For contingent placements, our payment terms are 14 days. For retainers, the payment is due upon receipt.

What is Harrison Clarke’s policy if the new hire doesn’t work out?

We offer a 60-day rebate period, which is a combination of a refund and a replacement for the position.

How do you find candidates?

We find candidates through networking, referrals, and relationships we have in the industry.
